How do you handle GDPR compliance?
We're built with GDPR compliance from day one. All personal data is stored in EU regions (Railway, Cloudflare R2), IP addresses are hashed, and we offer full data export and deletion capabilities. We only analyze public AI outputs and never access your customer data or CRM systems.
Do you crawl my website or track my visitors?
No. CiteRadar only analyzes public AI model responses. We don't install any tracking pixels on your website, we don't crawl your site, and we don't track your visitors. Your customers' privacy is fully protected.
Which AI models do you support?
We support OpenAI (GPT-5.2, GPT-4o mini), Anthropic (Claude Sonnet 4.5, Claude Haiku 4.5), Google (Gemini 2.5 Flash), and Perplexity (Sonar, Sonar Pro). Different models are available on different plans - Free includes GPT-4o mini, while Starter and Growth unlock premium models.
How often are snapshots run?
You control the frequency. Run prompts manually anytime, or schedule them to run automatically daily, weekly, or monthly. Automated scheduling is included in all plans and doesn't count against your snapshot limits.
What's included in the Free plan?
The Free plan includes 30 snapshots per month, 3 tracked domains, 10 prompts, and access to GPT-4o mini. It's perfect for testing CiteRadar and tracking a single product or brand.
